ELECTRICAL & THERMAL ENGINEERING LABORATORY

The electrical & thermal engineering laboratory was established in 2005, and became an independent functional department in 2008 relaying on the item ‘Shenzhen New Electrical and Thermal Engineering Laboratory’.

The laboratory covers an area of about 300 square meters and is equipped with more than 50 sets of main testing equipment, worth about 18 million yuan. The company has 15 staff members, including 13 inspectors, composed of materials, physics, chemistry, mechanics, electronic information and other disciplines, which guarantees the compliance of testing work.

The laboratory mainly provides testing services and technical support for the company's product development and material research. The testing equipment covers more than 100 kinds of testing items including physical, mechanical, electrical, thermal, electromagnetic compatibility and environment.

The laboratory participated in some projects, including “Shenzhen New Electrical and Thermal Engineering Laboratory”, “Key Technology Development for Non-metallic Antennas for 4G/5G Communication”, “Industrialization of New Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Conductive Materials”, and assists all basic and product research, promotes the company's technological innovation, and enhances the core competitiveness of the company.

（6）Physical and mechanical properties

          Equipment or project：Electronic universal testing machine, True density meter, Roughness tester, Anti-friction tester, Automatic image measuring instrument, Laser particle size analyzer,Pencil hardness tester,Shore OO Hardness tester,Optical contact angle measuring instrument,Light transmittance haze meter,Folding test machine,Microbalance,etc.
